Refund & Returns Policy

This document sets out how Phelarynphkhakor reviews refund or replacement requests relating to paid informational products, digital downloads, or lightweight programs advertised on https://phelarynphkhakor.ddd. Free editorial pages are outside this Policy.

Current calendar date

We use this live date as a quick orientation point. Your order confirmation email remains the primary record of transaction timing.

Informational content cannot be “returned” in a physical sense. Where the law grants withdrawal rights for digital content, we explain how immediate delivery may affect those rights below.

Step 1 — Verify purchase channel

Confirm whether you bought directly from us or through an authorised reseller. Reseller policies may apply in addition to these terms.

Step 2 — Gather identifiers

Prepare your order number, the email used at checkout, and approximate date of payment. Screenshots of error messages help when access failed.

Step 3 — Submit a structured request

Email touch@phelarynphkhakor.world with subject Refund request or use the contact form. We aim to acknowledge within two UK business days.

Step 4 — Outcome

Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method where technically possible. Declined requests include a short rationale.

1. Digital products and immediate delivery

Many digital guides or templates are supplied as soon as payment clears. Under consumer regulations applicable to you, the right to withdraw within fourteen days may be lost once you access or download the content, if we obtained your prior express consent and acknowledged the loss of the right.

Where we have not obtained such consent, your statutory rights remain unaffected.

2. Eligible refund scenarios

  • Duplicate charges or clear billing errors confirmed by payment records.
  • Technical failure on our side that prevents access for more than forty-eight hours after you report it with sufficient detail.
  • Delivery of the wrong product edition where a distinct SKU exists.
  • Cancelled live sessions when we terminate an event without a substitute date, unless we offer credit you accept.

3. Scenarios typically outside refund scope

  • Dissatisfaction based on subjective expectations about personal outcomes, because materials are educational and non-clinical.
  • Failure to read system requirements or compatible file formats listed before purchase.
  • Requests made after the windows described in section 5 unless law requires otherwise.

4. Partial refunds and credits

We may offer proportional credit toward another offering when a partial service was delivered in good faith, for example if a multi-week program stopped halfway due to force majeure.

5. Request windows

Unless a longer period is mandated by law, please submit refund requests within fourteen days of the charge for access issues, or within thirty days for annual subscriptions if a renewal was unintended and you did not use premium features after renewal.

6. Chargebacks and payment disputes

Contact us before initiating a chargeback where possible. Chargebacks generate additional administrative cost; we may contest inaccurate claims with evidence of delivery.

7. Currency and processing time

Refunds appear in the currency charged. Banks may take several billing cycles to display credits.

8. Changes to this Policy

We may adjust examples or windows to match new product formats. The reference date at the bottom signals the latest general revision.

United Kingdom — transparency for visitors and advertising platforms

Phelarynphkhakor offers general informational content about everyday meals and kitchen planning. We are not a healthcare provider, medical clinic, or regulated dietetic service. We do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition, and we do not promise or guarantee specific results or outcomes. Paid offerings, where available, are limited to educational materials or general planning conversations—not medical nutrition therapy, personalised dietetic treatment, or prescription of therapeutic diets. For medical dietary advice in the UK, consult your GP, NHS services, or a dietitian registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
